Branding, or brand strategy is something of a specialty of K&M. Our MD is published on the subject and has taken part in national conferences, giving presentations and hosting workshops.
K&M's approach is probably quite different from design-led companies as we start the process without design in mind, at least initially. We begin our approach by developing a detailed understanding of the organisation and its perception by stakeholders. We also work with the client to develop their brand positioning and objectives. When we get to the design phase our briefing process includes factors such as cultural, geographical, demographic and historical, which can all influence the design process and thus the brand itself.
When we have developed the brand design and the client is happy to proceed we like to hold 'buy-in' sessions with stakeholders to gain feedback and comment, after all there is no point in presenting them with a brand that will mean nothing to them.
We will already have a full understanding of how you wish to apply the brand so we will provide you with a comprehensive style guide along with all the resources you will need to implement your new brand. We will also help you to monitor the success of your brand and how it is perceived. This can be compared to similar research undertaken prior to you brand implementation.
K&M are also good at design for print and digital format so we can provide you with the services you need to launch your brand and keep it fresh.
