We will also show you how to make you site more interactive by combining your newsletters with a professional email copy (not a pdf) that links to specific pages on your website. We will also show you how to bring stakeholders to new facilities such as polling areas. We can even develop a social marketing function much like the most popular industry ones, but these can be used to develop key communications functions within designated stakeholder groups.

The most important aspect of digital solutions is that they can save you significant sums of money if well planned. Not only can they save money but also they can provide you with a wealth of information about your stakeholders and what they like or dislike about you and your organisation.

K&M offer the full range of design and print services to produce anything from a poster or leaflet to a brochure or annual report.

We are familiar with working with all manner of NHS and other style guides, sometimes in multiple. Recently we were asked to design a brand while taking into account the NHS identity, a major college identity, a charitable identity and five established logo's. Of course we succeeded in meeting the clients' requirements and more!

We do not have one printer for all jobs. We regularly ensure value for money through the tender process and also ensure that professionals who have relevant experience undertake each print job.

Social Marketing

Bringing about behavioural change is the aim of social marketing. Using thorough research and having a detailed understanding of why behaviour occurs, we can develop strategies to bring about change through targeted, segmented action.

There are many companies offering to help you with social marketing. Many of these companies have a core business, such as video, social media, design or similar which is in their interest to use to achieve a result. This approach is not wrong but K&M do not have a core service to push, therefore we will chose the most appropriate mix of product, promotion, price, place and person. K&M will present you with options that suit your budget, not our bottom line!

Social marketing is widely used to address issues such as health inequalities and substance abuse, amongst others. K&M recognise that the current fiscal climate is challenging and will work with clients to make a difference without initiating massive spends on unnecessary or inefficient campaigns.

Brand Development

K&M are experts in healthcare branding and brand strategy. A new logo is not necessarily a brand, although it does provoke an emotive reaction based on historical contact and communication. A brand is built by people and the interactions a customer or stakeholder has with that organisation.

K&M believe that the most important aspect of developing a healthcare brand is to fully understand stakeholder perception of the organisation both internally and externally.

The Creative Briefing process is key to success and K&M recommend setting up a 'briefing panel' made up of key people within and external to the organisation. This will ensure that entrenched views are not taken as read. This process should also help to indicate whether any changes to the organisations' operations processes are needed in order to deliver against its brand 'vision and values.

K&M also believe that once design concepts have been developed, these are communicated to members of the briefing panel and others at 'buy-in' workshops. These workshops are intended to ensure that the potential brand actually means something to the people who represent it and interact with it.
