Internal Communications
Many organisations feel that they struggle to communicate well with their staff. Despite newsletters, email, corporate briefings and meetings, staff often feedback a lack of communication from the higher levels of the organisation.

K&M believe there is no magic bullet for achieving success in communicating to staff, and we advocate a range of internal communications tools, but most of all we believe in Effort and Reward. If significant effort is made to communicate with staff, both personally and using a range of communications tolls then staff will feel something is being done for them. Too often repeated messages are bombarded at staff without sufficient explanation. If possible this is best done face to face. When your staff are well informed and feel supported they are the best advocates for your organisation.

Your staff are your brand. They are the interface with your customers and their knowledge and skills will leave a long term impression of your organisation. If your staff do not feel informed and supported then it is unlikely that they will pass on a good impression of your trust. Your staff will appreciate your effort and time in communicating with them in a range of ways that ensure they can continue to do their work without significant interruption and inconvenience.
